6. Accommodation & Transport

Accommodation and transport will be arranged as per package details but may change due to operational requirements.

7. Liability Disclaimer

8. Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended and should cover medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellations.

9. Payment Terms

Payments must be made as per schedule. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.

11. Authority on Tour

The tour leader’s decisions regarding safety and itinerary are final and must be followed.
