Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Buddha Bliss Trails, we specialize in organizing spiritual journeys including the sacred pilgrimage to Mount Kailash. Due to the nature of this expedition involving international permits, logistics, and third-party services, our refund policy is structured accordingly.


1. Booking & Payment Terms

  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Full payment must be completed as per the communicated schedule prior to departure.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 60 days before departure: 75% refund of total package cost
  • 30 to 60 days before departure: 50% refund of total package cost
  • 15 to 30 days before departure: 25% refund of total package cost
  • Less than 15 days / No show: No refund

3. Non-Refundable Components

  • Visa fees and Tibet/China permits
  • Flight/train bookings
  • Hotel reservations and advance payments
  • Government taxes and entry fees

4. Cancellation by Company

Buddha Bliss Trails reserves the right to cancel any trip due to natural disasters, weather conditions, political issues, insufficient group size, or government regulations.

  • Alternative date will be offered OR
  • Partial/full refund excluding non-recoverable expenses

5. Force Majeure

No refunds shall be provided for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather, natural calamities, pandemics, government restrictions, or transport disruptions.


6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method

7. Transfer of Booking

Bookings are generally non-transferable due to permit, visa, and logistical constraints associated with the Mount Kailash Yatra. However, in exceptional cases, transfer requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Buddha Bliss Trails, subject to necessary approvals and applicable charges.
